Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, our bodybuilding area offers a wide variety of select weight and free weight machines, as well as multipols, auxiliary benches, bars, dumbbells and functional training implements. This allows our users to enjoy hybrid and traditional training options.
We have a wide selection of equipment, including rotators, ellipticals, side octane, recumbent bikes and waterrowers. This variety allows us to offer alternatives adapted to people with specific needs and pathologies.
Our functional training space has a floor specially demarcated with figures that facilitate the dynamics of training. In addition, we have a multifunctional-crossfit cage equipped with boxing tula, dumbbells, discs, bars, vertical trampoline, floor trampolines, medicinal balls, unstable bases, drawers for jumps, TRXs and mattresses.

We have 6 Reformers that can be transformed into towers, as well as 3 barrels, 3 chairs, hoops, therabands and foam rollers, turning this room into a complete Pilates Studio.
With 135 square meters of space, this room is equipped with fitball balls, dumbbells of different weights, mats, bands for stretching, steps, yoga blocks and other auxiliary elements, which allows us to offer a wide variety of group classes.
